Since 2009, I have been developing administration panels, content management systems, and custom backends as a fundamental part of nearly every web project I’ve carried out, both for clients and for my own projects.
The reason is simple: every business has its own particularities and workflows, and generic solutions on the market rarely adapt well to those real needs. A restaurant does not manage its website the same way as a driving school, an online store with thousands of products does not need the same panel as a real estate portal, and an automated content project in six languages requires tools that simply do not exist in any standard CMS. That’s why building custom management tools became a core part of my work from the very beginning.
Content Management Systems (CMS). I develop complete panels that allow each client to independently manage their website content: pages, products, categories, images, multilingual translations, blogs, listings, forms, and any type of entity the project requires. The goal is always the same: to give the client full control over their digital business without depending on a technician for every change, and to ensure the interface is clear and intuitive enough for anyone to use without prior training.
Dashboards and data visualization. I create dashboards with charts, metrics, and KPIs tailored to each project. These range from panels to monitor sales, orders, and stock in real time for e-commerce platforms, to dashboards for traffic, SEO performance, content evolution, or usage statistics. Data visualization is not an aesthetic luxury — it is the tool that allows clients — and myself in my own projects — to make informed decisions at a glance, detect trends, and react in time.
Backends and business logic. Beyond the visible interface, each project requires the development of the internal logic that sustains it: authentication systems and user roles, payment gateways, integration with external services and third-party APIs, process automation, order management, notification systems, report generation, and everything that happens behind the scenes to ensure a website runs in a solid and reliable way.
After more than fifteen years building these kinds of tools, every new project benefits from all the accumulated experience: I know which features are essential, which mistakes to avoid, and how to design systems that clients will actually use and that will scale with their business.
